Force weapon holster (safe mode)

Hi,
I was wandering if there's a way to force a person to holster their weapon, cuz' I can't really seem to find it in Base documentation file.
If anyone could help me, I would be grateful
Edit:
Or anyway to force a person to a safe firemode, and detect when he tries to change it.
