you seem to have broken the lost hills expanded custom effect tooltip of the chapter sending volunteers (bos_chapter_sends_volunteers_tt)

pretty sure to fix it you just have to merge the localisation file from lost hills expanded with your one or mainly add bos_chapter_sends_volunteers_tt the file in question is tooltips_BOS_l_english.yml

Also the bos supply drop decisions (like bos_alamo_supply_drop) have a couple bugs, 1 they lack localisation so you see the id, 2 everyone in the game can do this and get vision of the lost hills diplo, Not a bug but i would probably make the decisions require the factions to be alive to activate
