I would say it just needs some editing to tighten the pacing and increase narrative momentum. If you look at the scripts for Snoot Game and Wani, they're pretty tightly paced and don't rely on tons of exposition or too lengthy dialogues between characters (for the most part).

I still don't get why estrus season would be in winter though since Dinos don't like the cold. It would've made more sense for it to be in spring or summer. I think the plot should take place a few months after the Winter Formal when it's spring and they're on the verge of graduating. Though I guess that would undermine the part where Liz is cold. I suppose that could happen on a chilly rainy day in spring.

truthfully. its coming out pretty well, i would recommend is to take your time and have fun. this is your passion project not a burden for you to rush due to others complaining, stay safe. (ben having a secret rout would be funny af though)
