A visible charge bar (like neptunus) that lets you know how much time you have left

I'm a little confused by this as the item has a bar that goes down as you use it and when it reaches the bottom the drill should stop. I would ask that you check again that this isn't already there and come back to me if it's really not working like that(maybe I messed up some of the code). I should also clarify that this bar is on top of the items charge bar and not near the player like you suggested however I will indeed consider adding this. :Ashhat:
