DRILLER: Break the Floor

Driller is an active item that allows Isaac to move beneath the floor for a short time allowing him to travel under spikes, rocks, items, or even metal blocks and pillars and surface wherever he wants; Just be carefully not to surface while under something solid like rocks and metal block for example(he will die), but NOT poops... Poops will break.

While drilling Isaac can't take damage and can surface while below an enemy to deal massive damage to it.

So to clarify, This Active item will allow you to move underground avoiding damage and passing under solid objects that Isaac would usually not be able to pass through or fly over. when surfacing any enemy directly above will receive a large amount of damage killing most non boss enemies and some lower health bosses.
Surfacing while under any solid tile like rocks, metal blocks, key blocks, pillars and other such collidable tiles will kill you immediately(apart from poops, it breaks these) so the item is as powerful as it is deadly if not used correctly.
