German Surrender Events Not Firing.
I am playing Shukshin's Russia, and fighting Borman's Germany, but the events where Germany offers the RKs and the total German surrender event are not firing. What is causing this? I also noticed an oddity where Germany just annexed Burgundy, instead of setting up a french puppet (it did annex the Netherlands, though)

Did Bormann win the German Civil War? Bormann annexes the Netherlands around 1968-1969, and instead of establishing Paktkommission Frankreich, he directly annexes Burgundy. (And that has been in TNO for YEARS as far as i know)

I've never noticed this, probably because i usually set the red poppy movement to win, wich annexes all of Burgundian land. But what about the no events firing issue?

Well, its look like they did not fix it. I had similar problem with previous versions (few months ago). German army destroyed, Ukraine, Belarus etc. liberated, but nothing happend. Had to use debug menu for fire that event.
