1、2wrw时德国没有决议，导致战争无法正常结束
2、哈特城市改造被废除时决议缺失无法反对对抗废除城市改造
3、与lar一起开时老高最后跟鬼子翻脸时不会变色，阵营标与经济圈缺失

VV, yes, to make it simple, this is the other mod, but a version of it that runs alongside TNO (to keep antarctica and the bigger map) along those lines

Does anyone here know the event IDs for Germany offering RKs and "total" German surrender for Shukshins Russia (the one where the only decision upon total German surrender says "Russia is back")? For some reason none of the events pop up naturally in my game, or any test games i did.

Why does nearly every pakt meber get 144 vetern infantry at the start of the war + every tile has a -80, or -120 attack debuff? How the hell am I supposed to push or win the war as russia????
