How to trigger 2GCW?
No matter how many time I had a total Russian victory in 2WRW, the 2GCW never triggers when Bormmann or Speer is in charge. How do I trigger it?

You can not actually. This guys (in events) prevent civil war

Hey, this is quite late but enter reich.2007 into the console command and it will trigger it

type in event reich.2007
you have to put the word event in front to trigger events. Do it as Germany.
