An idea for how this could be used.

you can try to make scp-990 person from dreams. bed on which if you lie down you will have a dream.

Maybe an Angstrom Levy swep that randomly generates a dimension using the dreams module. Kind of like this: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1412913313&searchtext=portal+gun But spawns the dimension outside of the world
