I have had several "Faction Contention" events, where the mechhive is present but no other faction spawns. Is that also because of your above mentioned reason or could there be others?

@Uton "mechhive is present" means that some mechs just happen to be there, or is mechhive as one of the two competing factions?

Some mechs are present and protect the valuables, but there are no other competing factions as there had been when I played the 1.5 version

I had another "Faction Contention" incident today and this time aside from the mechs and their loot two competing factions spawned. Don't know what changed (maybe a conflicting mod on my side was updated...) but it seems to work again...
