You do something bad because I don't have this problem, never. Maybe with Remote Play Together because it's not the good way to play this mod.

Try to unsubscribe to mods, desintall Project Zomboid, remove Zomboid folder, reinstall Project Zomboid and check your files with steam. Be sure you don't have any mods download again and subscribe again to Week One.

did that. still only zombies. was away for two weeks, come back to a minor update and everything seems to have broken.

deleted files in user folder as well
deleted mod folders.
unsubed
uninstalled and reinstalled game and then re-subbed to week one and bandits and had only those 2 running.
still only zombies and it still starts at random time and intoxicated at times.

not sure what the heck happened

i have the same problem, one day the mod just stop working i think itss for the updates of pz so we got to wait until he make an fix ig

hopefully slayer or someone will. honestly, if someone was to poach this mod from slayer i wouldnt mind.
they are a bit of a egomaniac and are unable to take criticism nor can they separate critiquing the mod and personal attacks.
they seem to feel they are the same thing and lash out at anyone who criticizes the mod.
i suspect the mod author is very young and has some growing up to do.

Same issue here. Wasn't like this before. Day 1 zombies is just regular old zomboid but with NPCs. Before it was at least a few days to a week before people began to turn

If you have nothing but zombies on day one you have to move the order of the mods. I had the same problem and just changed the mod order in the list and it was perfectly fine.

Make sure bandits is on top then week one!

yup did that.
deleted zomboid
deleted zomboid files in user directory
reinstalled zomboid
re-subbed to only bandits and week one
activated the mods with bandit at top
restarted game
still only zombies now. not sure what happened.

this is build 42 and they did have a patch on the 25th which may have broken things

did you update just bandits.

literally deleted everything and re-installed and re-subbed
it was working a couple weeks ago.
went away, came back to a minor build 42 update and everything broke. saves broke. new games are all just zombies and odd challenge starts or just random starts and nothing seems to bring it back.
i do have driving npc's
title screen works
but thats it

The problem is that there are people who turn on day one. That is the problem. Now it's just regular old zomboid with NPCs which is boring. I preferred it being a week or so before zombies appeared because at least then you had more time to prepare and have fun with NPCs

@Sir. Stein I agree, don't know why it was changed but I like it that way too! Was always cool being out scavenging and then all of a sudden a bunch of bodies start to awake and I freak out trying to get back to my base!

@Ajabooboo Did you try turning it off and on again?

yeah. tried that.
plugging it in and out and in again.
i even threw the bones and examined the sheep intestine.
not sure what has gone wrong

still only zombies.
they are naked.
and they continuously spawn from spawn points like some kind of never ending naked dead fountain.
