No Guard at the militarty research facility
I have a curious Question i played this months back, and came back to it. I noticed there no more military guards at the at the Road blocks at West point? and or No more guards at the military research facility
is that normal now?

You have a problem with your game.
Maybe because mods, you can try only with 2 mods of Week One.
Or just check in a new game.
