Multiplayer issues
The population system isn't working in multiplayer. All the boxes are there but not labeled and frozen at 20000, but works fine in SP.

population is apparently hard to fix for MP TW Medieval Kingdoms team just straight up gave up on it and for Rome 2 the DEI team took a decade to fix it in MP
