i frequently encounter wired kind of what i presume must be a bug
some states starve to death ie java going down to 80k pops / japanese states going down to 50k
on my last run i thought they got wiped by disease , but now i see west java hag gone -10% in 12 years i begin to think it needs rebalancing especially that other japanese states next to it dont suffer at all form the issue , and it spreads around the whole world including western europe and NA
