General mod duscussion
Since the names and passive skills of the units were added on the principle of "as long as they were", I will consider suggestions for changing, renaming, and adding new units. If I find your suggestions interesting, I'll add it to the mod.

Hello, as someone who goes through the painstaking process of adding mods manually because of using paradox for the purchase of this game originally, do you know what could cause this mod to crash on world start? I have tried narrowing it down, and it is explicitly this mod, and it used to run fine before the update in mid-august. However, now it crashes every time, even if it's the only one running. Any ideas? I can send a list of the other mods I am currently using to help but my thought is that it started with the update. I am inquiring about all this because this very well may be my favorite mod.

It's hard to say, I haven't encountered any crashes with this mod. One of the reasons could be the lack of some add-on: you can't bind content to the presence of an add-on, like in the original. And that's why the game simply crashes when it detects blocked content.

The problem is that I have the EGS version of the game, and the Steam key was bought only for access to the workshop, and perhaps everything works differently on my version. In any case, try to describe in more detail what parameters you use to create the world, what faction you choose/create, what mods you run. I will try to reproduce the crash and figure it out. You can also try downloading the hacked release from GOG and running it.
are you planning to add diferent kind of unique abilitys to diferent cultures? the jump seems somewhat out of place for polearms champions for the type of unit it is at least for the reavers. Just an idea for replacing that would a passive called "tercio formation" which makes when adjcent to a magelock (champion or not), once the polearm unit finishes attacking the magelock also attacks for free that same target and vice-versa.

Is there a passive ability in the game that works similarly to the one you describe? It is almost impossible to create a new skill in this editor, everything is assembled from pieces of existing skills and edited to the desired result, if the editor allows (if the skill database has the necessary options). I can try to get this skill, but I need another one from which this skill can be made. But overall, I can say that somewhere around the middle of the mod my imagination simply ran out, and I didn't really bother with unit skills. If you need to change something in an existing skill in the game, then no problem, but creating a new one - there are a number of problems.

Unfortunately, there is no effect in the game that triggers when hitting an adjacent unit, and there is no such trigger. Maybe someone can code new skills from scratch at the same level as the developer, but I can't.
