but there is a lot of room between "literally undetectable" and "clearly noticeable". in the heat of battle, especially on more noisy background textures, this can be overlooked very easily. additionally, i dont think players should keep a list on what to look out for for taunts that gets expanded every update. this should be intuitive.
i mean even the spy coffin and boxtrot has been an issue to the point where valve literally made it so you couldnt stop the cart with this. so this isnt just some niche concern, its literally adressed by valve. and even now you can still use those taunts for blending into the envoirnment when you would otherwise have gotten caught & killed.
in the case of spy, you could at least argue that he is the invisible class anyways, so its not that bad. but demo isn't.
not to mention the obvious pun
He could also sleep with his mouth open, adding another sign since corpses always close their mouth.
I do agree this is kind of a box trot situation, although I really wanna see this in game, it's great.
