My new favorite genre of ER2 community content are the, “Extended Universes”, ones that are completely unique creations with unique story lines and custom maps. These have popped up in larger number in recent months and have mostly been extremely refreshing! I soon wish to create my own as I have been writing and talking with my wife since the summer about a fictional plot set in 1920’s-1930’s Germany involving violence inspired by the real instability of the whimpering Weimar Republic. She has had this story for awhile now and I believe ER2 can portray small elements of it (hard to show mass persecutions and boiling of people in water and also the execution of people with fire that is quite well… actually we can depict that in ER2!)
