Nothing is fixed
Day One continues endlessly. Every new character restarts Day One even though you're weeks into your playthrough. Bombs/ gas still drop in the middle of no where and the helicopter and jets are never ending.

Edit: I don't use True Crawl, and my start date was Jul 9th.
