Function introduction and Update records
ABC_Vanilla part features:
The hunting vests and Bandoliers in the original were modified to have container functions.
Now added single holster to double holster upgrade formula.

ABC_Brita part features:
Mainly used in numerous packages in Brita's Armor Pac. They're obviously different things, but they share the same Fanny pack slot.
The main function is to separate the fanny pack, chest hanging, satchel, leg bag equipment slot.
And added a number of items that are visually bags/ammo belts as containers.

Fixed a bug where backpack stickers were missing when equipping vests.
Improve code using the BodyLocationsTweaker API

Fixed a bug where some birta packages had incorrect slots

Add extra shoulder bags (use mod added shoulder bag slot)
Add original shoulder bag to mod extra shoulder bag making recipe.
