Permanently hostile broken empire? Why?
When you start with the scavenger group or safe house start, why do you have a permanently hostile modifier with the broken empire? It seems like an odd limitation?

Is this a recent change? My scav group has a friendly empire but it's been going on since the mod launched.

The empire is only neutral towards new immigrants and new tribal factions, and any newly joined faction will be hostile

in royalty/defs/factiondefs. Open Faction_Empire.xml then find <permanentEnemyToEveryoneExcept>
add under it <li>AM_PlayerColony</li>
Should make them neutral etc

hi there @mo

still i got the same problem and i use Mcnaby's solution to fix empire's PermaHostile Relation status.
ive find out this PermaHostile Status Caused By Scavenger Group starting Scenario
is there a chance to fix that to a NonPermanent Status in future mod updates?
