Link to Paradox Mod Plaza? (But also info on SteamCMD alternatives)
I like your mod and I'd like to use it in my games. But I own AoW4 on a platform that is not Steam, so although it is possible to get the mod via SteamCMD (see below) it is a hassle to stay up to date. Would you consider uploading it to the Paradox Plaza, so Epic and GoG players can enjoy at their leisure?
If you have not done this before, feel free to ask me any 'how to' questions.

The upload seems to have worked fine, but the contents of the mod on the Paradox Plaza is the 'Tome Requirements fix for Backgrounds Are Hero Skills.acp', and does not seem to have any effects in-game. This differs from the one on the Steam Workshop, which contains a fully functional 'Backgrounds Are Hero Skills.acp' (with the tier 2 times locked behind a second tome unlock).

PS: Once things are sorted, will you upload the alternate 'one of each category' version or a new 'only one background, but the skill cost 0 points' versions (to the Paradox Plaza)?

This mod on the workshop also only have the "Tome Requirements fix for Backgrounds Are Hero Skills.acp" and is only there to fix the tome requirements, it does not have an impact otherwise.
It does not include the "Backgrounds Are Hero Skills.acp" you have to get this from the original mod.

I downloaded this mod from steam just now to double check and it only has the "Tome Requirements fix for Backgrounds Are Hero Skills.acp" as it meant to be.

Don't know yet when I can get around to make a different version

I figured out my problem, the files you have uploaded to the workshop and P-dox Plaza are working fine.
The issue is that the 'fix for Backgrounds' mod you have made, does not list any version of 'Backgrounds Are Hero Skills' as a requirement (in the Steam Workshop, the P-dox Plaza or the P-dox Mod Manager/launcher); I thought it was a self-standing mod, that had the Backgrounds and the Fix in 1 package. So I tested it with the old mod de-activated.

Regarding even more versions: no worries. I can use my own home-cooking skills I I really want it.
In any case, thank you for the extra effort in uploading.
