This Mod is a fix for the Mod "Backgrounds Are Hero Skills"

The linked Mod adds a Tome at the start of the game which instantly makes the Tier 2 tomes available to select.
This Mod fixes this behaivor.
It will still have the visual Bug in the Tome Library to show the Tome requirement for the next Tier is reached one Tome earlier, but they won't be available for choosing until they would be Vanilla.

I found the workaround through this mod, they are not compatible with each other for this reason.

This mod modifies the following file: Definitions_Research.rpk
All Mods that are modifiying this file are not compatible.

This is my first ever mod.

Edit: This mod does not have an impact if no version of "Backgrounds Are Hero Skills" (or any other mods that adds a Tome at the start of the game) is installed.
