Missing features and bugs megathread
This thread lists missing features that I haven't been able to implement due to modding limitations. I will briefly describe each missing feature and a possible solution to implement it. For completeness, I will also include the bugs I haven't been able to solve:

Portrait on the main screen are incorrectly shown with a stony filter
When the faction leader of one of the main playable factions dies, his character portrait is shown with a stony filter on the main menu. The mod triggers this effect when the script that kills deceased characters kills a faction leader, but the stony portrait corresponds to the vanilla game faction leader (Agamemnon, Priam, etc.). This probably has to do with some script.

Possible fix: Find the script that triggers this effect and disable it during the first turn.

Make Penthesilea and her sisters women characters
Penthesilea and her sister are male characters because women characters cannot become generals or inherit the throne. I think that the "civilian" status of women is what forbids them from being generals or faction leaders.

Possible fix: Remove the civilian status from Amazons.

Dynasty panel has repeated rulers
The vanilla game lists the historical rulers of each dynasty. This mod generates and kills the characters that are shown in the family tree, who are separate characters from the vanilla game former dynasty leaders. Therefore, they get added twice to the dynasty panel.

Possible fix: Remove vanilla characters from the dynasty panel. This is not an ideal solution, because unlike my characters, the vanilla ones show their historical reigning dates, as well as their traits.

The faction leader is bugged if the Avatar of the Gods skin is chosen
If the player selects the Avatar of the Gods skin option in the new campaign menu, the faction leader will be shown twice in the family tree. This issue does affect the gameplay.

Possible fix: The skin is probably applied to the faction leader when the campaign is created. Therefore, the original faction leader becomes the real faction leader when the campaign is created, thus duplicating the real faction leader (the real faction leader is the vanilla game faction leader, who becomes a faction leader after a script kills all of his ancestors).

Load order is as recommended, with radious 1 & 2. Crashes post game launch. Unsure why unfortunately.

(Disabled Radious 1&2, launched fine. Unfortunate but is what it is).

Just to make sure, is the Radious compatibility submod activated and loaded on top of Expanded Family Trees and Radious? And are you using any other mods?

Load order is.

EP
DoA
EFT RC Submod
EFT
RTWM 1
RTWM 2

It will also launch with Radious 1/2 if I disable Daughters of Ares, which is strange, but might be where the conflict happens.

Ok, I know what the issue is, Daughters of Ares is not compatible with Radious. All other mods should be compatible with each other.
Unfortunate but understandable. <3 Thank you for the conformation!
The auto-generated wives when choosing the marry option in the family tree have blank names when playing as Cimmeria, they should probably use the names from the base game (I assume pulled from Hittite names).

Thanks, I have updated the mod with the fix! It is probably not retroactive, so if you already have an unnamed character, it will remain the same.
found a bug, when playing as Remesses and you have the avatar of the gods dlc, if you then start a campaign with his avatar of the gods skin selected, instead of the vanilla one, then Setnakhte is not the faction leader, nor is he present in the family tree, instead avatar of the gods skinned Remesses is set as the faction leader, and in the family tree avatar of the gods skinned Remesses is the dad of normal skinned Remesses, but the game also recognizeses them as the same person because you can not make normal Remesses general of a army

Yes, this is a known bug (see last section in the post) without a known solution. The mod should be played with the Avatar of the Gods skin off.
