Ah, that's unfortunate, I agree that Ashur-Nirari III should be younger. The mod is in maintenance mode, unfortunately I'm only updating it to fix bugs :steamsad:, but I'll change it if there is another major update.

Hello. I noticed that Ashur-Nadin-Apli doesn't have a wife, he is 30 years old, and yet he has a son, Ashur-Nirari III, who is 18 years old. There's an age discrepancy here. No, I understand that "technically" it's possible to become a father at 12... but... Perhaps it would be better to lower the son's age to, for example, 14? Could you do that?

I was already following the load order, but I additionally have now added the pantheon mod as per the description, and have still been experiencing the issue. However, through testing I have managed to work around it, starting by destroying the Ugarit faction. Curiously, once I did that, a few turns later the crashing restarted but on Alashiya's (nation on eastern cyprus) turn. The only connection between the two that I could see is that Alashiya had moved north and occupied taurus and the surrounding settlements after I razed them when they belonged to Ugarit.

This suggests to me that perhaps it has to do with that area? Maybe specifically syrian nations occupying it? As the territories have since been reoccupied by hittite factions after I reloaded to a much earlier save and killed Alashiya as well as Ugarit.

Regardless, with the death of those two factions I have not had any further crashes.

At first glance I don't see where the compatibility issue comes from. Are you using the load order recommended in the description? And where have you placed the Radious community bug fix patch? The best place is probably below Expanded Family Trees and above Radious. If you want you can send me your save file to look into the issue.

Hello, I'm getting a crash consistently in every campaign on Ugarit's end turn. I imagine the issue is with either the family trees mod, or its compatch with radious.

Only mods are Radious part 1 and 2, radious community bug fix patch, family tree mod, and family tree mod-radious compatch. Game just hangs when it gets to Ugarit in the end turn order, always between the 28-40 turn range. Just leaving a comment in case you have time to check it out!

This is a known bug without a solution (see bugs megathread). The mod is designed to be played without the Avatar of the Gods skin option

I think the mod may be treating Suppiluliuma is unmarried and removing his ability to have heirs because of it. It shows him as both his own heir and scion. I'm using the avatar skin. Under royal family he is shown as the head of the family with avatar skin, (with no wife) and down the bottom of the tree, as his own heir with his original skin, (and with his wife and daughter). I haven't had a single new child 12 turns in, and have now married a second wife that shows up as his wife at the head of the royal family tree (next to the one with the avatar skin).

Would this mod treating him as unmarried under royal tree effect births at all?

@Redneck I have checked the ancillary bug, but I don't know why it's happening. It doesn't have a custom model, so it should behave as a generic character.

Hi, this is a known bug without a solution. Don't worry, it only happens in the autosave generated when creating a new campaign. Use regular saves and you should be fine.

Hi, After I start a new game for the first time and exit, when I load this save, a bunch of family members will appear together on the map, and the oldest person in the family tree will replace the original faction leader. The problem seems to arise in factions such as Troy and the Amazon in the Aegean Sea, while the original Egyptian and Hittite factions did not have this issue. Is this normal for the mod?

When you put armor on Peleus (Phthia faction) his model changes, and doesn't revert back if you take the armor off. Not sure if this was intended or not.

Fair point. For the Aegean factions I took a semi-historical approach, since most if not all of the characters in the Iliad are not historical characters.

They changed that because they wanted the game a bit more historically accurate. Most likely Phthia was a city and not the name of the country, and the city itself was never unearthed. Likely the kingdom itself was named Thessaly or Aeolia.
Not here to argue which is correct or historical I was just curious.

Because Peleus (Achille's father) was the king of Phthia. Troy uses this name for Achilles' faction, I don't know why Pharaoh changed that.

El mod funciona sin problemas, Radious es un mod aparte que no añade nuevos familiares. Si no se cargan los familiares correctamente, asegúrate de cargar los mods en el order correcto (orden en la descripción).

another vote for Siptah being Merneptah's successor (whether biological or adopted).

i think Siptah being Amenmesse's son doesn't fit game's canon.

Dodson suggested Amenmesse being Seti's son, hence Siptah Son of Amenmesse is Seti's grandson (thus somewhat legitimate for Bay to support in this Amenmesse' son theory).
but game's canon, Amenmesse isn't Seti's son.

also Amenmesse is half Kushite in game canon,
Siptah is examined to be red hair, which would be extremely rare for a Kushite to have ginger hair.

Siptah also got some interesting potential bloodline, his mum could be a Canaanite named Sutailya, could make this "Sutailya" belong to Bay faction married to either Merneptah or Seti.

being Merneptah's successor also allows higher historical roleplay, as if one wishes to stick with history as much as possible, Amenmesse faction would have been defeated and then Siptah got almost no chance to become pharaoh.

Hi, you can find the appropriate load order in the Bibliotheca Historica section in the description. Expanded Family Trees is the only requirement, you can select the other mods to your liking.

Hey! The custom slot templates are for the Expanded Pantheons mod, which changes the cult centre locations. I didn't want to edit the start_pos and limit the compatibility of Expanded Pantheons just for this feature, so I decided to include the necessary changes in this mod.

Heya! Some compability issues between my mods and this have been brought to my attention. As you introduced 79 new province slot_templates These do not connect to my content properly. I was thinking of writing a patch, but first I need to know if there is a specific reason you made new versions of previously unique entries?

No, this mod is less buggy than your language. Read the comments below if your faction leader is duplicated. Regarding the dead characters coming back to life, it only happens in the save auto-generated when a campaign is created. Either load a normal save or start a new campaign.

Thanks for checking it out. Yes, other users have reported bugs when using the alternate skins. I tried to figure out the issue, but I didn't find a solution.

so that didnt fix it, but I did find the issue, it only happens when playing as his alternate skin and selecting it on the main menu, if I play as his standard skin then select his skin on map it doesnt bug

I see, Expanded Family Trees mod must be placed above the Radious mod and just below the compatibility submod (see the Bibliotheca Historica section in the description).

Just tested, loaded into to a new game as Suppiluliuma and kept all settings default and its still doing it, I will put my mod order in case it could be a conflict:

1. Better Campaign Camera
2. Better Camera Mod
3. Expanded Family Trees - Radious submod
4. Radious Community Bug Fix
5. Radious 1
6. Radious 2
7. Expanded Family Trees
8. Immersive Unit Reskin

I did change the settings, but the only ones I touched were leaders start with full equipment, I believe I left it where all characters are mortal

Did you change any of the default campaign options? Another user had a similar issue when activating the immortal faction leaders option. I could not reproduce the bug even with this option on.
