The mod prevents the new and DLC trains from showing up

v2.2.1 I have hopefully fixed this - the error was in the way the Game Rules were being edited

Hello,

I'm noticing that books are not storing to the distribution center, but tools are - also that the error is that the localization is not found for en. I think i fixed that (the localization isn't in error) but it's also not storing any books.

Is this by design?
