Cards are images and would need to be recreated with translated texts, which also requires permission. Text in the UI could potentially be translated, but there's currently no mechanism for that. The mod would need to be changed a bit to allow of different languages, without breaking things. This is a goal of a future version, but nothing concrete yet.

My friend doesnt know english, and only can read Russian.
