Missing ptions in all individual tabs of the customization lists

Hi,
I would love to use this mod as I want to personalize my soldiers more. But I can't, because all options I can choose from when this mod is not activated are missing. It only shows the currently equipped option, but neither the filters nor the listings on top of the screen alter anything.
