Window popping up in corner of screen
When i try to use universe bounty, window is popping up in the corner and several functions are blocked, I can only access changing councilors stats.

Happening to me too i use 1600 x 900

Ok so it turns out of i change my resolution, Use the menu, then switch back the resolution. it works fine

Version 2.0.0 does away with the custom UI and now utilises the power of UMM correctly. They've got better screen integration than I could ever hop to cobble together.
