i woudl suggest for adding Hemothorax if its not yet in mod.

Hemothoraces are in currently! Conditions for them just requires to have a hemopneumothorax as well as internal bleeding at 30%. Hemopneumothoraces require a tension-pneumothorax and IB at 15%. Tension-pneumothorax requires a regular pneumothorax at 25%. Eventually I may add more thorax, not just pneumothorax, injuries!

can we have some method to do recovery position so theres no need to clear the airway regularly.

Troll Gaming Face Not really a good way to do that ngl, would involve some C# code which would make this mod incompatible with several others. Sorry.
