- Fixed Flail chest so it *should* go away when you fix the ribs.
- Fixed cric so it causes coradic arterial bleeding on fail with the scalpel.

New update (yea yea I know long time since last update, I have just been very busy).

Changed things:
- Fixed bugs and issues regarding pneumothoraces and are now better balanced.
- Added cricothyrotomies to fix airway issues.
- Redid some stats.

Updated how DPIs are handled. Pptxs are capped at 25% if caused alongside a DPI, they will still devolve until the conditions are met for a tpptx or worse pneumothorax/thorax injury.

Chest seals now decrease pptx by a flat 5%.
