Doc Wagons do not activate automatically

Doc Wagons do not seem to be activating automatically when I get killed. Someone has to run over and apply one of theirs to me. Which fouls up group inventory. I just downloaded Desert Wars on Saturday, June 27th so I assume I have the most recent Module. I am playing on Hard using DFDC.
