Basically you would be doing 10% more damage on a single target in exchange you heal slower from medi-guns, dispensers, and the cart.. Its a straight up upgrade in damage while being a straight up downgrade in being a meat shield for damage. Unique enough to change your play style as a Heavy but not powerful enough to stay alive for long periods of time
