think this old boy might need an update. some of the tech is starting to scramble with some other mods it didn't before.

I cannot annex sky reasvers , i dont have certain decisions about facilities ,maybe this is a bug

Didn't touch Sky Reavers, ya need to border them AND complete the focus "American Dream".

Also, Facilities ain't my mod, it's Pilgrim's.
