For the shield "plug", it can also spawn to the right of the battlement door in the basement in the corner. So if you go down the stairs from courtyard, right in that corner.

the rim of the shield isnt in the courtyard is it glitched?

The spawn your referring to is the courtyard door not battlements

there is a hidden rocket launcher wall buy in the sewer area. theres a console you can interact with that opens a door that has a rocket launcher for 5k. Also, there is a grenade launcher in the power room.

Bring a token one at a time to the statues next to the bridge and do the 4 challenges then make the gold weapon at the statue

SNIPER:

Token is in courtyard right of spawn under stairs

• 50 headshot kills
  
• Survive 2 rounds in battlements (sniper balcony) (start to finish of the round, partial or leaving during doesn't count)
  
• 20 kills with Kukri
  
• 50 kills with Sniper

HEAVY:

Token is on intel desk

• 20 kills during insta-kill
  
• Survive 2 rounds in upper farmhouse (outside spawn)
  
• 20 kills with Ham Shank
  
• 20 kill with minigun powerup

DEMOMAN:

Token is forward out of spawn on counter near big vault door

• 25 kills with charge 'n targe (shield)
  
• Get 4 perks
  
• 20 kills with broken bottle
  
• 50 kills with Grenade Launcher

SOLDIER:

Token is in water under bridge in the corner

• 25 grenade kills (grenades bought in spawn)
  
• Survive 2 rounds in power/intel room
  
• 20 kills with Shovel
  
• 50 kills with Rocket Launcher

FINAL TOKEN

All 4 gold weapons must be made then the token will appear in spawn on the bench
