He/She means what is the workshop item's number. Since no one else here will say it then I will.
From what i'm able to gleam, it's the "3234390524" folder inside BM's "362890" Workshop folder, though unfortunately it's not in the usual .vpk format so you'll need to make sure it's set properly via the "bms/custom" guide.
Basically just add another subfolder within the "custom" directory and rename it to whatever you please. For simplicity's sake, it makes sense to just follow what the guide says and name it "mods" for your non-.vpk files and place your various non-.vpk files there, such as models and sounds, which is exactly what this mini-mod is comprised of it seems, instead of the usual .vpk format most BM workshop mods rely on.
Just recently did so myself and the mini-mod finally worked after not exactly working before as shown when waking up in the trash compactor as shown in the fourth preview of this mini-mod after applying it to the "bms/custom/[non-.vpk mod directory name here]" directory, thank goodness.
