CP cap meaningless / cp cost reduction too high?
Getting this tp run on the GOG version was not straight forward, but I got it working via Steam CMD...

Anway -

I feel like the CP reduction techs are a tad overpowered and make the cap kind of meaningless. Trying this out with a new game, controlling India, China, and the US with all techs unlocked (for comparison) takes up only ~150 CP. Which is kind of odd.

Trying this out with two of my ongoing games:

Endgame with all countries controlled and major countries unified, end of 2050s, GDP ~ 330T and a per-capita GDP of 36K I end up around 813 CP, which is less than half of my total cap.

Mid-game, controlling basically everything but India and China with unified EU, Africa, North America, GDP ~ 145T, per-capita 16K my CPs clock in at about 340, which is about half of my cap - down from scratching the cap limit.

In both cases the mod reduces my active CPs by about 50%, which I find kind of excessive. What exactely is the intention (or rather expectation) of the mod in regards of country-level or global GDP compared to vanilla and how is this inteded to balance against the CP cap?
