Problem:
Whenever I hover my mouse over the IP icon, the game hangs and then crashes.

Tentative solution:
I opened the dll and replaced the BuildInvestmentTooltipOverwrite function with return false;
Now the IP tool tip is blank, but at least the game wouldn't crash.

Request:
Can you please separate the dll Tooltip change from this mod?
