Idk, it would be cool as reskin but I also like new weapons

I think a re-skin of the PowerJack is in order here. Most of the stats make sense for this skin in my opinion.

i just threw out a speed increase, idk the exact stuff, he should be a lot faster than he is with the powerjack, maybe as fast/faster than medic but less than scout

I agree that powerjack stats suit it alright, but if it did have stats then I think:

on equip:
+10% movement speed
+10% damage

-15% swing speed

Massively decreased maneuverability while equipped, maybe like a demoman's charge but more control?
If it is a new weapon.
If it's not, then a reskin of the Powerjack.
