Changeble targeting radius - it will quickly ruin balance.
Vector Targeting - probably no, it supposed to be rotated manualy trough made-by-hand turrets and vehicles (at last you can use NPC as missile targets)
Smoke effects - idk, but if i figure it out how (or someone gifted me some .lua particles) it probably will be done.
Option menu - doing right now, it will be have:
- targetclass (for both missiles)
- hovering on/off (cobra only)
- Hovering hight (cobra only)
Targeting settings - i right now figure out how context menu works, so yes, its gonna be.
