Infectivity feels a little too strong. Especially rushing Love 2 which gives you a really, really fast start.
I was able to win (infertility ending, not lethal) on mega-brutal in just 190 days which should probably be a lot harder to do. Maybe it's a good idea too also disable gene selection. Some combinations can really break the balancing in custom scenarios.

Oh, and I should probably mention that balancing aside it was really fun to play! I actually used infertility as a symptom in one of my own scenarios and was thinking about a disease using it as a theme. Definitely going to keep an eye on this one in case you are planning any big updates.

Thanks a lot ^.^ It's my first try at building a scenario so I'm not at all surprised that it needs some polishing, hahahaha!!! I really appreciate the input.
