How to spawn specific tornadoes

Some tornadoes appeal to me more than others. How can I spawn a specific tornado that I like? I feel like it is something to do with the console

You can't do this, kinda. if you want to spawn a specific tornado then idk, but you can (I think) spawn the particles with advanced particle spawner or smth

or just spawn tornadoes over and over again until you see the one u want
