last I checked protomanly's weather mod isn't made for gmod.
so they're incomparable, and it'd be on a literal scale of impossibility to achieve that same thing in gmod, otherwise I would've done so already.

@MalamuteCalamitySalami Same issue with XTwisters 2 addon (from what I've seen): Tornadoes can't seem to get a good grip of Prop's for long, throwing them out of orbit most of the time.

Answered my own question: At least XTwisters 2 sorta works with it, props are pulled but the Tornado can't seem to get a good hold of them, so I don't recommend it.
