I have no idea and I could test it but I wouldn't know what is acceptable to you. There is an easy way of finding out yourself, though. I will walk you through it.
Start a new single player RE2 game. I'm going to assume you are using all the default difficulty settings. After you land open the console. You do that by hitting the backtic key ` on the upper left corner of your keyboard. in the console type sbp. This will allow you to spawn any blueprint. Then type im. That will enable you to access the Item Menu by hitting the H key. You can also type gm to enter god mode. Makes it easier to move around and access any spawned BPs. You can now spawn the Core Horizon in. Use the H Item Menu to give yourself some fuel and oxygen and pentaxid if you desire. Now test away.
