Need a little more context. Where are you seeing this? At a GIN console? Or what POI?
At one of the starter Trade Stations, my apologies. The NPC is on the second floor next to thew quartermaster, and has dialogue for both shipping cargo to your "home address", as well as mentioning shuttle services to the Kennex station above (The latter noted as unavailable, while cargo shipping is supposedly still in operation)
However, they mention you have no home address registered in their system that they can detect. I have both a faction base, and a personal base in case it needs to be non-faction to no avail.
I also did register at a GIN console to see if it was related, but it seems to be a separate company.
Aaah, fair enough. I will say, it wouldn't be the worst idea if you COULD make it work as a system.
My ship was severely overburdened after poor choices, and hoped to pay some credits to ship it home instead of manual delivery.
(This is just an idea, I understand that coding something like this could be impossible.)
As for "how"... Possibly via a shipping container/ P.O. Box block? a "take-from" only that is either shared among instances of itself, or only functions on bases designated a "home spawn"... idk. If It costs credits to use, it'd de-incentivize people from using it as infinite storage.
