Cold / hot system survey looping

no big deal but:
if i decline to continue after finishing hot system survey mission - cold system survey is reactivated followed by hot system survey.
I should mention that during the first run i did drop in and out to find 5 of 6 dead planets.
I will just accept next time i'm done with hot.
