Will these characters override existing characters from Hero Pool 4?

just saw this in the description. Answered my question.

"This version includes nearly all characters from Hero Pool v4, so it is NOT necessary to import both pools. Missing characters can be individually imported from v4 by subscribing to both mods and finding those soldiers in 'Hero Pool v4', but they will only have Tier 1 customization."
