If you are confused and still want to finish the quests on your own with minimal spoilers, there are notes located on the terminal and around that ship that should contain all the information you need to find and solve everything. You may need to visit and investigate areas talked about in these notes to progress.

If you are still having trouble or don't care to solve the mysteries on your own, the following guide contains image albums showing you where to find what you need to interact with to finish all three quests. After you have the three items you need, bring them back to the terminal, insert them in the blue light components on the side, then type "reward" in the terminal for your reward.

This quest is relatively short in length. Most of the notes and items related to this quest scattered around the ship are actually to help you utilize the quest's reward. This is the longest and most difficult quest. There are not many notes telling you where to look, and you have to look all around the ship including outside. Some locations are hinted at based on characters/events the notes refer to, but others are hidden in spots ranging in difficulty. This quest has you looking for seven hidden switches marked by skulls, usually near blood or bodies as well as some notes and items. This is the shortest and easiest quest. The terminal note should point you to the trophy on the wall of the bar with a hidden switch. Afterward, you have to find the reward that is revealed in the wall of the top airlock.
