For ATRO, it should work, I don't see any reason they would conflict but I haven't fully tested to make sure. There could be some issues with the different accuracy values but it should be fine.

Realistic Weapons and Tools is a rebalancing that changes the same values as this mod, so you should really pick between either this one or the other, otherwise one will constantly override the other.
