I'm putting together what I've read in the forums, what I've read while having a nose around the mod code and you mentioning a meme.

I've only seen hints at componentprices.txt being a puzzle in itself..
You'll know what I mean when you check out that readme.md

I could be 1000% wrong but my Sherlock gland is twitching. Lol.

Completely forgot about this post. I already solved it. It's just a base64 cypher. It's literally a rickroll.....
