Mine,
check all floors of both mine HQ Buildings a common place missed is the higher floors on the building near the stream with the connecting tunnel containing a lootable wheel & rim..
** Edit.. This Third floor contains hand held saw & drill bloops.
The deeper mine building contains a bloop in a room above the caved in doorway of the toilet.
Access doorway is from the stairs walkway and on the right.
Another bloop is ground floor around the mining equipment.
(Resource grinder is usable with manual emptying BTW) ;)
